Returns
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date if it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is required to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable. This includes:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Customized or personalized products
Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@satyayogamat.com. Include your order number and reason for return, and we will provide instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Shipping Label: A pre-paid shipping label may be provided upon request; however, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Condition Inspection
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. The refund may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Denials
If an item does not meet our return criteria (e.g., signs of use, missing packaging), we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. Items eligible for exchange must be:
- Unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@satyayogamat.com with your order number and exchange request details. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide alternative options or issue a refund.
Exchange Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges. Once the original item is received and inspected, the exchange item will be shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at contact@satyayogamat.com. Include a description of the issue and photos of the damage.
Replacement or Full Refund
For damaged or defective items, we offer the following options:
- Replacement of the same item, free of charge.
- A full refund to the original payment method.
Return Shipping for Defective Items
For items confirmed as defective, return shipping will be covered by Satya Yoga Mat. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience.
Late or Missing Refunds
